As we head into the festive season, we wanted to share some highlights from what’s been a fantastic year for Claims Recruitment Services & Eden James Consulting.
Welcome, James Campbell-Clause and Beth Evans.
James joined us in January and has focused on utilising his previous experience in recruiting mid to senior technical hires as well as leadership positions in the Cyber and Tech space. We’re thrilled to have welcomed James Campbell-Clause to the team this year. Yes, that’s really his surname, and yes, the timing is perfect. We’re delighted to have him on board!
Beth had no experience in insurance, recruitment, office work, or even a traditional 9–5 job. What she did have was buckets of enthusiasm and a passion to learn something completely new. Fast forward 6 months and she’s managed to pick everything up so quickly as well as being incredibly organised with all the various requirements of the role. She also provides some very tasty office biscuits!
Introducing AIR
This year we launched AIR – our new Automated Intelligence Recruitment system which helps businesses reduce agency spend, improve hiring speed, and ensure you always have access to top-tier talent. At the same time our consultants continue to provide the personal touch that makes all the difference. It’s the perfect blend of cutting-edge technology and good old-fashioned relationship building.
Shout out to Jamie and Miles
With Miles taking more time away from the business to focus on the Portsmouth Players Theatre group and getting in more holidays! Jamie has taken on the Managing Director role full time for Claims Recruitment Services and Eden James Consulting this year. He’s also had another fantastic year along with co-founding our new product AIR with James. We already have a huge number of meetings at various stages with a broad range of companies throughout the UK so watch this space as our new AIR product grows in 2026!
