I have worked in the recruitment industry for 18 years, initially placing qualified finance and accounting professionals into their respective industries, before specialising in recruitment in the insurance sector.

I work with one simple aim: to deliver a professional, tailored recruitment service, built on trust and transparency. And my philosophy is equally simple – building long-term business relationships brings true value. I pride myself on my expert knowledge, and being able to deliver an honest and professional service to all of my clients and candidates.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching my sons play football or rugby at the weekends, at various clubs throughout Hampshire and Dorset. When I’m not watching them, I can often be found on the squash court of my local club, or kite-surfing up and down the Solent when it’s windy.
